#10 Lose ten pounds.
I know this isn’t a fitness or weight loss blog, but since it was on my year thirty list… I’ve lost ten pounds since I set my goals a few weeks ago! But, I’m not stopping there. Hoping to continue down the road to health in every area of my life this year, including my physical well being. Going to go for another ten pounds and will continue until I reach a healthy weight and feel good.
And in case you’re curious, I’ve started following a diet based on my macro count. You can learn more about it yourself at IIFYM.com. I’m also using a great app, My Macros+ to keep track of everything I eat. It really helps simplify it for me and I’m not hungry all day long. That’s winning y’all…!
